The auditing firm HACA PARTNERS and the law firm DSM Avocats à la Cour are pleased to invite you to a free webinar on Wednesday 5 July 2023 at 9.00 am, with the participation of the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD). This webinar will focus on “Introduction to the CNPD GDPR-CARPA certification scheme”.
After nearly 5 years of integrating the GDPR legal framework and its requirements, a new stage begins with the implementation of a certification scheme for the compliance of processing activities, as foreseen by Articles 42 and 43 of the GDPR. In February 2023, HACA PARTNERS became the 2nd certification body accredited by the CNPD, thanks to a collaboration with Seralys for the IT security part and with the firm DSM Avocats à la Cour for all legal issues.
