Mission
APLD aims to facilitate contacts and exchanges of experience and ideas, but also to be a forum where people interested in legal, economy, engineering and research matters can meet and discuss personal data-related issues.
APDL’s goals also include:
• Allowing networking amongst Data Protection Officers, and their representation before concerned authorities and institutions ;
• Sharing knowledge, through the organisation of events, conferences and training sessions, directly or though partnerships ;
• Creating links in Luxembourg and abroad with other entities involved in data protection matters ;
• Initiating actions in order to protect its interests or those of its members.
